Love Tony and Jose's food. Been finding myself going to RedLeg on Saturdays just because of Mira Sol!
By far the best stuffed sopaipilla since I left Flagstaff!!!!!! And they made it vegetarian!
Delicious! The tacos were awesome and salsa tasted really fresh. I have been missing NM chile so the stuffed sopapilla was really good and was the perfect taste of home. Sopapilla bites were amazing!! Service was super friendly. Will definitely be back.
I grew up in Santa Fe NM so you could say I am very critical when it comes to Hispanic style foods. I gave up years ago trying to find the taste of home in Colorado. That's was until we found Mira Sol. If you are looking for authentic New Mexico style cuisine, and friendly service Mira Sol is the place to be.
Great Food Truck, I follow them all over town. You have not had good New Mexican Food until you had this one. Once you do you will be looking for them every week! Great people and excellent food!
Tried the smothered burrito and they made it spicy enough for me. Ask for the Fresno peppers. My husband had the sopapilla burger and loved it. Their green chile is awesome.
Excellent! Highly recommend that you find these guys and order EVERYTHING.
