This truck is a perfect solution every day, not just when I'm nostalgic for New Mexico. Super friendly staff. Stuffed sopapillas are my go-to, but everything I've had is amazing. Green chile nice and hot too. Funny story about Mira Sol: I once broke my plastic fork while I was eating the sopapillas and flipped a huge blob of chile into my eye. Burned so good. Like looking into the sun (see what I did there??) As I was flushing my eye out I was still smiling and thinking "Soooo worth it!!!" Chile euphoria that strong.
