I heard they were down the street last week, so I decided to try them based on reviews. Had the stuffed sopaipilla with Christmas sauce and it was over the top delicious. It was hard to decide what to try yet so glad I got what I got. Have been wanting to go back every since the first time!!! Definitely worth chasing them down....seriously great, fresh food!

My favorite food truck in all of Colorado Springs. The food is fantastic, but the smiling faces and kind hearted owners/staff are even better!
The tacos are stupendous. I messed up my order for dietary restrictions they made me new ones they were so understanding. Best local food truck in town with the best customer service.

Went to Goat Patch on July 3rd and Mira Sol was the Food Truck for the day (thank GAWD cause I was starving). Had the smothered burrito - Christmas Style - and it was SO yummy and filling. Thank you :)

I'm originally from Southwest Colorado, the food is just like my mom's. Comfort, with just enough spice, fresh and full of flavor!!
Sought out where and when Mira Sol was going to be on Tuesday. Then brought a friend with me from Beulah to Goat Patch Brewing Co. Bit of a drive, but soooooooo worth it. Best tacos I've ever had in my life and my friend loved the smothered nachos! Such great food and a great family! Great venue too! I highly recommend checking out Mira Sol at all of their locations.
