RecommendedFood is good but way to spicy with no warning. Their Sopaipillas are pretty taste though. So if you enjoy spicy food this is a great place for you!

I. LOVE. THIS. FAMILY. The food is amazing. The taste can't be beat. I honestly wait for the days that I can get there food and sit and simply appreciate the skill and dedication that goes into the meal. When I crave this kind of food I will not eat anywhere else. I make a point to find where they are and go. Try the food and talk to the family. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent New Mexican cuisine. Been looking for some good food for almost 13 years, but growing up in New Mexico had me a bit spoiled. If you’ve ever visited Santa Fe, NM and had New Mexican cuisine there, you’ll enjoy Mira Sol’s food truck! These guys are so dang nice, their carne adovada is super tender, and the red chilie is hot and yummy.. just the way I love it. The sopapilla’s are to die for... with honey-just like home. Can’t wait to see you again!
A taste of home! Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM; so I’m a bit of a Mexican food snob. Some spots in town have decent green chile ,but Mira Sol has all the grub I miss from home. New Mexican cuisine at its finest!Love the chips n salsa. Adovada in any form is a must. Christmas style for enchiladas and the best part.. an egg on top. Can’t beat that home style taste with the best service ever! Great family runs this truck, always smiling, service perfection!
