it is a bad neighborhood to live in. crime rates are high. danger level is high. its not child friendly. broken glass and litter on the ground everywhere. if you move here, better pray you dont get ground floor, or you will have the window right by your front door broken. tile floors, brick fireplace, and windows on toddler level are added risks. as well as piss poor repairs, which aim more for beauty than safety or working properly. the water in the entire building is shut off if one apt in that building is being worked on.... read more
Mira monte. Is a great place to live. Especialey. You have no other place to go... I started out just a tenet and ended up working there. I love my home. Despite what people say or do. The apartments. Are not bad. There good ... Too thoews who dont know us. We are a family. We who work here... We do what we can every day. We work hard to pleace the people that live here. Apartments suck they are dangerous. Gun shots nearly every day. Bed bug infestation, doesnt make repairs for shit.
Great place to live if you have video monitoring and a gun....no pool
