Working with Mira Properties and Adam have been great. The team is very responsive and professional.
This is a small group and working with them is a great personable experience. When working with large property management groups you get the run around and it takes forever to get answers, maybe that's just my experience with others in philly, but not here. Mira, and Adam, do their best to provide their tenants with the best care possible.
Scheduled a tour with Adam. Adam did not show up for the tour and did not respond to calls and texts. Took the time out of my day and work to come see the property only for the leasing party to not care. Avoid this company
Thank you for 2 years at my favorite apartment in Philadelphia. I will miss this place very much. Huge shoutout to Adam and staff for everything!
DO NOT rent from this group. They are extremely dishonest in their listings and the owner, Adam is very rude. They listed an apartment online as fully furnished and 1000 square feet only to find out after they sent over the lease that the apartment was not furnished and they had never even measured the apartment and decided to just make up a square footage number that sounded good. They avoided showing the apartment by scheduling tours and then not responding during the time of the tour. Avoid this company at all costs.
