I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. Firstly, the nail tech has an extremely bad attitude. I booked an afternoon appointment, but the tech was 20 minutes late with zero apology after arriving. The tech did my nails carelessly from start to finish. I asked for small changes, but the tech straight up said they couldn’t make it look like the reference photo. The final result looked nothing like the photo has huge difference. Booked online for an appt today at 1pm. Showed up and the place was closed. No one around, waited for 15 minutes to see if someone would show up or call and let me know, nothing.
