How you advertise that your open until 8pm but stop accepting patients at 6pm or earlier (got there at 6!) all the way from out of fricking town 🤬😫 so not happy! That’s very unprofessional!
Unfair profit on a flu swab that they requested...without revealing cost associated until the end...and I told them I never had fever... Im not a fan of sneaky tactics. Flu result negative...of course
Very unsatisfied brought my child in on a Sunday night tested for flu they told us negative brought her in the next morning to her doctor her doctor informed me that there’s no way it didn’t come up positive! They we’re more in a hurry to go we finish eating their supper and getting out of the building by 8 o’clock!

Collins and the staff is very caring! I have received the best care here I would highly recommend them to anyone!! They are defiently not your typical walk in clinic
Fast and friendly service when you need it. Chris Jeansone was the best NP. He listened to my complaints and symptoms and asked questions before physically examining me. He then offered prescriptions medicines, as well as injection if I wanted for faster relief and suggested other things for me to do at home to feel better. He took his time with me and I appreciated that. The nurse, Brittany, was also amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this facility for fast, friendly, professional medical care.
NP Hidalgo has the best bedside manner and spoke to us like real people do. Highly recommend.
