Had to wait 5-10 minutes to get help in the key section. Then they didn’t have the right type of (padlock) key blank.
Only 1 out of 6 keys that I copied worked
Ever since finding this kiosk, I refuse to use any other key making service. I love being able to store a key template on my app. I've got my home, garage, and GF's house now on it. So, when any of us need a copy, and no physical copies are around... this backup is our way to get what we need, when we need it. Invaluable, in my opinion. Fantastic service that I highly recommend.
Very quick, easy, and the keys work!
They do not differentiate between KW1 and KW10/11 blanks. Do not go here if you have older model Kwikset keys, they will not work properly. I had three keys made and they were cut using the wrong key blank.
