The PA at the Kahala Longs Minute Clinic was amazing — competent, patient, good communicator and skilled at my elderly mother's earwax removal. She and I are so grateful for their service. We arrived 20 min. prior to our appt time, were seen right away, got vitals taken, and in about 15 min both eardrums were free of giant blobs of earwax, much to everyone's delight. Highly recommend!
I was on vacation in Hawaii. For a bad ear infection. Went to CVS mini clinic. They addressed my problem and in a short time I had a prescription and was on my way. Much faster than Urgent care or emergency room. If it is something not life threatening this is the way to go
I went to MinuteClinic for cold symptoms that had lasted over 2 weeks. I wasnt tested for anything - not strep, not the flu, not covid. No tests run. Just prescribed an antibiotic and sent on my way. $300, a round of antibiotics, and a month later and I'm still experiencing my same symptoms.
Here on vacation and sadly, and unexpectedly, caught COVID. The NP here was superb, thorough, thoughtful, and efficient. Thank you!
Great service. Useful for minor medical issues that cannot be resolved. Very pleasant nurse practitioner, patient, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I’d go back if I needed help. I prefer this to an Urgent Care because I could get an appointment.
