I've been to the Minute Clinic a few times. Your clinical staff really need to work on their bedside manner. They often are overly assertive in how they talk and a bit condescending. Remember, we can and will take our business elsewhere as we please. But more than that, even--or especially--in healthcare, customer service is key.
