The nurse was professional and patient. The wait was pretty long, even with an appointment, but I'm giving the staff team lots of grace bc there are limited nurses, and they do all the cleaning and disinfecting of the entire room before seeing the next patient in addition to reason for visit. I come here bc of location convenience when a hospital urgent care isn't opened.
The NP at the CVS Minute Clinic on 3999 Santa Rita is very rude. Yells at customers for no reason. The RN helping was very nice and friendly.
had me wait an hour and ended up giving me some lousy excuse and then said they cancelled my appointment.👎
This is for the Minute Clinic. My daughter needed a nebulizer for a cough, we don’t have health insurance currently and called here to get prices. We could afford this place and was told they could help her. They didn’t help. They gave me a list of places to go. I am beyond frustrated and angry. Thanks for nothing.
Tried to have a physical exam done here. Was turned away twice. First time for not having a form from my job for them to fill out because they are not allowed to write letters. (Okay that's fair) So I return with a form from my work and told that my form "doesn't look like the right one" and they couldn't see me. You told me to get it from my job... what exactly was this form suppose to look like???
