I received a text message from CVS Minute Clinic about 15 minutes before the time of my appointment with a link to join for my virtual visit. When I clicked the link it said "sorry something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a few minutes." I tried and tried again to connect with the same result. So I called the Minute Clinic number, waited for over 20 minutes on hold to speak to someone by then my appointment was canceled because it was way beyond the time of my appointment. Tl;dr they do not take SelectHealth Insurance. I called in to make an appointment and it took a little over an hour for the lady to set up an appointment for my family for flu and covid shots. A total of 10 appointments was required for the five of us which is ridiculous. We were there for about a half hour at our scheduled time before we got in only to be told that all of the paperwork that we did during the pre-check process will have to be done again because it's a separate system?
