I scheduled an appointment for 5:30PM. Left work and got there 15 minutes early. I checked in via the app in the parking lot and proceeded inside. I followed a woman to the clinic and she started to schedule an appointment at the kiosk. My name was the only name on the board and when she did check-in her name was second on the list......guess who they called first? Yep, her. I even mentioned all the above and was told "system this" system that". She told me I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes....this was at 5:38. What's t... read more
