Excellent care from Emma Hawkeye, NP immediately made a walk-in appointment, I was aching and made time before closing. Made sure that I knew that flu cases were starting and made sure that there was time to get a flu vaccine too. Strongly recommend this urgent care, and Id be remiss without saying it was due to this NP. Corporate, read: "deserves a bonus".

I went to get an ear wax cleaning, as I had been suffering with muffled hearing for a week. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen, and the NP Mariam took great care of me. Will be going back if I need further cleanings.
I scheduled an appointment for 5:30PM. Left work and got there 15 minutes early. I checked in via the app in the parking lot and proceeded inside. I followed a woman to the clinic and she started to schedule an appointment at the kiosk. My name was the only name on the board and when she did check-in her name was second on the list......guess who they called first? Yep, her.
