After seeing so many signs about “walk-in’s welcome” I decided to go in, only to pay for for parking and find out no walk-ins were being accepted. Made an appointment for 8:40am the next morning, then got a cancellation notice twenty minutes before the appointment with no explanation. Pitifully unprofessional. Considering all the reviews about being misdiagnosed by the staff, probably for the best.
0 stars isn't low enough. Waaaayyyyy more than the online estimate. They do NOT take walk-ins as I was threatened by the nurse to never do that again. Then I had to argue with the nurse practirioner who said, "steroids aren't really real and dont do anything." And that "three days of being sick isn't long enough to know anything, you're probably fine." when I had been debilitatingly ill, bedridden, and missed work. 🙄
Excellent nurse. Very thorough and professional. Great bedside manner. I will get a flu shot at this clinic every year going forward.
