Had an appointment on a Thursday. At that appt, they scheduled me for a follow up the following Sat at 10am. When I arrived Sat at 10am, there was no record of my appointment.
Great experience here. Set appointment online, was seen right on time. Place is very clean, easy to find, and everyone there is caring and professional. I got the treatment I needed, and was able to fill my prescriptions there, which saved me another stop and wait when I was already sick. I highly recommend them.
From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The nurse practitioner Jordan was patient, thorough, and very easy to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns and made sure I felt confident about next steps. It’s rare to find a provider who combines professionalism with genuine compassion. I’m very grateful for the care I received.
