I had an extremely disappointing experience with MinuteClinic regarding my DOT physical on December 1. I had a 9:20 AM appointment and arrived at 9:09, but after struggling to find parking, I made it into the clinic at 9:23 AM. Despite being just a few minutes late and fully prepared, the technician refused to see me for my DOT physical. Had a scheduled appointment at 11.50. Drove for 30 mins away to get there. Showed up at 11.45. None there. At 12.55 i knock. Svetlana tells me she’s in her lunch break and I’ll have to wait for 1 h. I showed her my appointment, she didn’t mind and kicked me out. Lazy and horrible and total disregard for patients’ health. Not event a single question on how I was feeling and if it could wait. Do not schedule appointments if you don’t want to honor them.
