Great experience! Super easy to make an appt and be seen quickly. I was in and out within 20min and that included time to get a prescription. 10/10!
The Minute Clinic at Siskey in Matthews is absolutely the best! The practitioners that staff the clinic are professional, personable and thorough. Each time I’ve used the service, I have felt heard and cared for. There’s a sense of genuine compassion and concern. I’m very grateful to have this service with these women available to me. CVS has great assets with the current clinical staff . They are the BEST!!
Every experience I have had at CVS Minute Clinic in Charlotte has been excellent. Knowledgeable and compassionate care no matter which one I got an appointment at. The Nurse Practitioners are so well trained and I feel completely at ease with my interactions and outcomes. Highly recommend when you can’t get in to see your doctor but need to be seen.
Terrible experience, did not correctly diagnosis, ended up having to go to the ER just an hour later. Charged us $300+ for the visit. Didn't use insurance. Tried to call and resolve and told me that my information on file didn’t match so they couldn't answer any questions. Asked how we can update the information so we can discuss the $300 invoice and was told they couldn’t help me. Trading prescriptions to Walgreens and going to Urgent Cafe next time.
