I had a BC consultation and the lady pryed a little too much into personal history which wasn’t relevant. I felt exposed and uncomfortable plus she rushed me out of there after asking so much personal information. Completely without tact, hard of listening and unprofessional. Will return to gyn for anything related in future. I came before and the lady was more concerned about making her lunch break

I was unfairly treated. There were patients who signed in after I did yet they were seen first. Not a good way to treat sick people.

Minute Clinic is a joke. Lady couldn't run my insurance (which is up to date), then made me go take a call for confirmation, saying I would have to come back into the exam room while on the call anyways so that they could hear the confirmation (completely pointless), they took another person DURING MY APPOINTMENT TIME when it only took 2 minutes for me to place the call and tap on her door with confirmation, and she left me waiting outside the door so long that I just left. I'll take my chances, thanks for nothing.

I've been to this MinuteClinic now 3 times and have always had a good experience. Scheduling is incredibly easy. I needed an annual physical and to get one scheduled elsewhere took weeks to get in. CVS, which just started doing physicals apparently, was so easy to get scheduled and had a lot of options. The check in process is easy, and they got me in right on time. Admittedly, I was kinda skeptical, but the nurse practioner was so nice and so thorough and answered all of the questions I had, and was very patient with me.
