We were out of town, keeping our grandchildren for the week and I developed a very serious earache that needed immediate attention. I did not have any medical relationship with any other medical clinics in the area so I decided to give the CVS MinuteClinic a try. I am certainly glad I did! Was able to see the Medical practitioner very quickly. She was able to diagnose the exact issue and prescribed the antibiotic needed. What a horrible experience. I checked in online before heading to this location and was told there was about an hour and a half wait. When I arrived, Carly, the nurse practitioner, told me she would take me in between her appointments and specifically said that once she finished with her current patient, I would be next. Imagine my surprise when she came out and took a woman who had just walked in instead. After waiting nearly two hours, I finally gave up and left without being seen. Closed, when it should be open. I even called to double check if they are open, and I was told yes. I was lied to.
