While the wait for the appointment seemed a little long, I expected this based on other reviews and did not find it to be as long as others have complained of. I like to think the wait was reasonable as Kara addressed any questions I had and presumably did for the patient before me. Thank you for providing a clean waiting area and making appointments readily available.
Worst experience of my life. i made an appointment online and arrived 7 minutes early just to sit there over 45 minutes with no one saying a word to me. Finally asked the pharmacist what was going on and they said they couldn’t speak for that department. lol. No clue why appointment slots are given if they aren’t accurate at all. I’m very patient but this was dumb and a waste of my time. Communication also would have went a long way. Just go to urgent care
I had a fantastic experience at the MinuteClinic thanks to Donna Heburn. I walked in without an appointment close to closing time (around 7:30 PM), and even though it meant she would have to stay late, she still welcomed me and made sure I could get my vaccine. Donna was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond for their patients, but she did exactly that. I’m so grateful for her kindness and dedication. Highly recommend!
Huge shoutout to Donna Heburn at MinuteClinic! I walked in right before closing with no appointment, and she still took me in and gave me my vaccine. She was so kind, professional, and stayed late just to help. Truly above and beyond!
I would give it 0 if that was an option. Horrible customer service. I don't know if they actually treat people but I got every excuse from the bathroom having no toilet paper to walk ins aren't welcome. Save yourself the trip. You, the person reading this, deserve better.
