Donna is amazing! This is my second visit and she was whoI seen on both occasions . Actually when I scheduled my appointment I was hoping to get her. Made me feel comfortable. Thumbs up 2 Donna
The nurse was very friendly, professional, effective, thorough, and caring. I had impacted wax in my ears and she took the time to remove the wax. She was also concerned about possible ear infections and prescribed ear drops. She explained everything she was doing and the progress. She obviously enjoys caring for people.
This service was tremendous. Appointment was right on time. Practitioner was thorough and pleasant to deal with.
While the wait for the appointment seemed a little long, I expected this based on other reviews and did not find it to be as long as others have complained of. I like to think the wait was reasonable as Kara addressed any questions I had and presumably did for the patient before me. Thank you for providing a clean waiting area and making appointments readily available.
Worst experience of my life. i made an appointment online and arrived 7 minutes early just to sit there over 45 minutes with no one saying a word to me. Finally asked the pharmacist what was going on and they said they couldn’t speak for that department. lol. No clue why appointment slots are given if they aren’t accurate at all. I’m very patient but this was dumb and a waste of my time. Communication also would have went a long way. Just go to urgent care
