Bad experience. I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and was never seen by a provider.
Very nice and professional nurse. Easy access to the clinic. And the pharmacy is right there should you need a prescription.
Woth scheduled appointment. They are always running 30-40 minutes behind.
52 Minute wait to be seen. Online sign up, checked in 20 minutes early as required, 1 person went in when I got there, no one else waiting and sat there the 20 minutes for scheduled appointment and then an additional 30 minutes past my scheduled time. PA came out and apologized with a smile that she just lost track of time! Unacceptable when you are sitting out in a pharmacy area and exposing others and when you do a scheduled online time.
I would give a 0 star if I could, and I am considering further action for this absolute incompetence that I had to experience. I went to my 9:10 appointment that I then had to wait 30 minutes for, to get my son tested for strep. After he came back positive we asked for the prescription to be sent to Costco Pharmacy in Chaska, MN as we had shopping to do.
