Scott Pickford at the CVS on Coit and McDermott in Plano Texas is simple amazing. No words can do justice to describe his warmth, compassion and kindness. He is friendly, approachable and professional. I felt cared for and comforted. I'm glad I chose this clinic for my primary care. Thank you for the excellent service.
I had Nurse Latoya who was very professional. She asked questions and was very proactive. She washed her hands and put gloves on before assisting me. The service was fast and precise. I will be going back to her in the future.
I would suggest you go to a real doctor. My daugther was sick with fever and sore throat. When we decide to take her to see a doctor, it was over 5pm. We think the minute clinic can at least do the strep test so we brought her there. The nurse did the strep test and asked if we want to do flu test. We thought that was a good idea so we said yes. I made an appointment online and I still had to wait 40 min to be seen. Not the employees fault but don’t tell me my appointment is in 30 min when there are 5 people in front of me. The workers were amazing though.
Scott Pigford, NP is kind, gentle, and genuine. It seems like he does his job not for a full pocketbook, but a full heart. A rarity these days, but a reason to have faith that caring providers exist. Thank you Scott
