Very polite and knowledgeable
An appointment doesn’t mean anything. You have to pick another place. There’s no logic in the order of visits. The computer sitting there doesn’t mean anything. It sounds like – we make up the rules, and then we break them.
The CVS minute clinic doctor was excellent. She took time to explain things thoroughly, put me at ease, modified her approach as things progressed and did an overall excellent job.
