Showed up at 1:51pm today to fill a prescription for hand, foot, and mouth for a one year old who is in terrible pain and discomfort. But because it’s the Fourth of July and the pharmacy was closing at 2:00pm, the pharmacist said 9 minutes was not enough time to fill the prescription and refused to do it. Absolutely appalling behavior and a complete lack of compassion and provisional adherence is disheartening and unacceptable. CVS needs to tighten their standards and demand more from their pharmacy staff.
