Very professional and was easy to talk to very caring nurse.
I made a mistake about my appointment time and not only was she rude about it she made me wait until the exact minute of my time (or longer)before she took me back. The longer I was there the more people were filtering in(7)..In my opinion what she did was deliberate..Not only would I not recommend that Minute Clinic I would never go back to that particular CVS as long as she was there!
I had a bad cold recently and scheduled a test with CVS minute clinic. I got in there right away that afternoon with no sick patients around me. She checked for covid and ruled out the flu. Was in and out in no time! And my prescription came in right after I left :)
