Minute Clinic Rocks! No waiting time, practitioner was professional and caring. Had vaccines in stock. Asked me questions in order to supply the care I needed and answered all of my questions with clear, concise responses.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at MinuteClinic and feel that this situation could have been handled much more professionally and efficiently. On August 4th, I went to MinuteClinic as a walk-in for a possible ear infection. I was told there were three people ahead of me, along with scheduled appointments, and that I could wait but would likely have a long wait. This has been one of the worst experiences at a clinic. We waited over an hour and half from our appt time just to find out that they didn’t accept my pre check in and any of my online information. There was no one there to discuss this with but a dr who was obviously behind I assume. There was no apology or concern when I called a representative to find out where to go from here. They said you can reschedule. Since we drove all this way we checked in as a walk in and waited longer. It looks like several people had the same ... read more
