I don't even want to give one star. I used this service before made an appointment and had no issues. This time I used the waitlist, booked online. There were no appointments before I put myself on my waitlist. Person showed up after I got there and was told I'm on the waitlist, this person had an appointment. If I waited until the next waitlist spot was open I would have been waiting for like three hours!!! Maybe this should be explained more clearly!!! Never again will I use the "waitlist" option. Waste of time if you are a walk in. They drag on the appointments and talk about nothing so they only have to work in the scheduled appointments, plenty of better options 0/5 stars
The only Nurse on shift was very unprofessional. I had scheduled my appointment and had a confirmation email and was denied service, stating I didn’t have an appointment when I did, even showing her my phone. She said that it wasn’t her problem and she can’t do anything about it. I asked if there is anyone higher up I can speak to about the system scheduling my appointment and she said the computer and proceeded to close the door on my face.
