I don't even want to give one star. I used this service before made an appointment and had no issues. This time I used the waitlist, booked online. There were no appointments before I put myself on my waitlist. Person showed up after I got there and was told I'm on the waitlist, this person had an appointment. If I waited until the next waitlist spot was open I would have been waiting for like three hours!!! Maybe this should be explained more clearly!!! Never again will I use the "waitlist" option.
