The nurse practitioner was just amazing. She was friendly, understanding, upbeat and professional. She was able to get my vaccinations approved by my insurance company without too much issue. I had been to 4 other pharmacies trying to get the vaccines, places my insurance company assured me were contracted for this. At the other pharmacies, the pharmacists were rude and not willing g to work with me and my insurance company. At CVS minute clinic, this was not the case. The nurse practitioner was a miracle worker!!

Everyone was personable and easy to talk to. All of my questions/concerns were addressed thoroughly and I was able to start a treatment plan the same day. My regular practitioner would've taken 1-2 weeks to see, so being able to make appointments for the same day is a major reason I go here
I would NOT recommend getting your flu and Covid shot here. I was not treated well and I have a gigantic and painful bruise. I will never go back there
