This practitioner, was unprofessional. They did not greet me, they did not provide their name, they did not use hand hygiene, prior to doing a skin test on me. I felt rushed during the visit. Overall, it was unprofessional, and unhygienic.
Unprofessional. Don't bother booking an appointment, they'll take walk-ins before you. Booked an appointment. Arrived and checked in but they had someone in their room already...no problem. When the patient came out it was past our appointment time and they called back another walk-in instead of us (I could tell it was a walk-in based on their board showing who was walk-in vs appointment and waiting). At that point, in 7 minutes the provider was scheduled with a 20 minute break, time we didn't have. Find somewhere else that ... read more
Had trouble not hearing out of my left ear. Amber was super helpful and declogged it well. Would recommend
