They don’t care about you and just want to charge you or your insurance but refuse to test you and just say you have a cold with out any testing done and symptoms or more then just a cold. Will never go to a minute clinic again
UPDATE: I called. My claim was never even submitted to insurance, despite the fact that I provided insurance information both online and in-person. Now I have to wait "up to 45 days" to see if this $400 bill is going away. CVS, if you really cared you would solve this issue quickly, provide better customer service, and compensate me for my trouble. I saw a lady yesterday I didn’t get her name , she was rude and the customer service was non existent , educated in her field yes but tbh I’d go anywhere else then here, god forbid you don’t understand something, she made me feel small and stupid for being misinformed to go there by a judge but again..
