I showed up on time and there were seven people ahead of me, with so many patients in the waiting area that there were only five chairs and someone was sitting on the steps by the entrance waiting their turn. I was worried after seeing online that waits could be around 20 minutes per person, but I stayed because I really needed to speak with the nurse practitioner. I ended up waiting about an hour. Terrible experience. I booked an appointment ahead of time for 2pm and arrived to check in promptly. The doctor’s door did not open until 2:45pm. I walked up and, after giving her my name, she let me know there were 2 people ahead of me. I informed her I had the 2pm appointment slot and politely asked how much longer she anticipated the wait being, and she ignored the question, responding with a snippy “I know.” I waited a total of 1.5 hours before leaving without being seen.
There are flies everywhere in the waiting room, i waited to be seen for TWO HOURS because I checked in online, checked in with the link that was sent right before my appointment, was shown as "good to go", verbally made myself known to the clinic person and was IGNORED FOR TWO HOURS while they continued to call other patients.
