Look on their website says they’re accepting walk-ins, go to CVS and fill out the walk in forms and get told it would be 30 minutes. Sit there for AN HOUR and the lady finally comes out when grabbing someone else and goes “do you need something? I visited this MinuteClinic recently and the appointment itself was fine although I was misdiagnosed for the 2nd time. However, a few days later was hit with an outrageous charge -over $300- despite already paying my copay at the time of the visit. This service is covered under my insurance, so the charge made no sense. After calls between my insurance and MinuteClinic, we found out that Minute Clinic submitted the bill through KC instead of my actual insurance plan.
