Kelly Jones, NP - did a great job. Listened carefully to my situation and provided concise and expert care. Clinic was safe and clean. Medication was prescribed and filled right there for me, with very little wait time. With as hard as it is to get in front of medical professionals anymore, I would highly recommend taking advantage of MinuteClinic for common ailments.

Look on their website says they’re accepting walk-ins, go to CVS and fill out the walk in forms and get told it would be 30 minutes. Sit there for AN HOUR and the lady finally comes out when grabbing someone else and goes “do you need something? Can I do something for you?” I told her I’m waiting I filled out the walk in forms and she proceeded to tell me “I’m not taking anymore people today, you can go to the urgent care down the street or make an appointment for tomorrow” Perhaps I’m here for a reason, I’d rather go to urg... read more

I visited this MinuteClinic recently and the appointment itself was fine although I was misdiagnosed for the 2nd time. However, a few days later was hit with an outrageous charge -over $300- despite already paying my copay at the time of the visit. This service is covered under my insurance, so the charge made no sense. After calls between my insurance and MinuteClinic, we found out that Minute Clinic submitted the bill through KC instead of my actual insurance plan.
