This was such an amazing visit. Lisa was so helpful and truly helped me out. I felt like she really cared and wanted to help out. The visit didn't seem rushed and her instructions were very clear and helpful.
I saw Phuong Phuong Flanner today for a quick prescription. I have been to a walk in clinic before for a UTI when they told me I never had one. I was having UTI symptoms and went here within 10 minutes she confirmed I had one! I highly recommend her! She is great!
Nurse practitioner was extremely rude. I went to get a college physical and she took one look at my paper and said we can’t do this here. I got the physical done before at The Little Clinic and all you do is go down the checklist with me. She would not let me explain and cut me off by answering the phone with no apologies. She didn’t even look at all my paperwork. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what but that was ridiculous.
My experience at this minute clinic was so much better than I’d hoped for. I was truly heard and my questions were answered well.
