Nurse practitioner was extremely rude. I went to get a college physical and she took one look at my paper and said we can’t do this here. I got the physical done before at The Little Clinic and all you do is go down the checklist with me. She would not let me explain and cut me off by answering the phone with no apologies. She didn’t even look at all my paperwork. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what but that was ridiculous.
My experience at this minute clinic was so much better than I’d hoped for. I was truly heard and my questions were answered well.
Very easy to get an appointment and they were very nice and took care of business when I got there.
Says they're open, 10 AM no one is here and nobody knows why.
Lisa was so kind! She made sure I was comfortable and informed before getting my vaccines!
