Online specifically stated open on Black Friday. Drove there with sick child. They were closed.
Horrible experience. I’ve now been to this clinic twice and have had a terrible experience both times with two different physicians. They do not know what they are doing and they both googled my symptoms to find a diagnosis. They were both extremely rude and failed to help me at all. I would not recommend this clinic!
Took daughter for sports physical cause needed it quickly. The male nurse who did it had a terrible cold, if not something worse. I asked him to wear a mask, but in the middle, he pulled it down and breathed in and out twice very strongly to show her how. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional. He also put his ungloved hands into her mouth when he used the tongue depressor. I’m furious about it. It was two days ago so not sure if we caught his illness yet or not.
