They have conversations while you are waiting to be signed in and don’t even acknowledge your presence. Then they have you fill out paperwork and don’t even pay attention to the answers. My boyfriend bled through 4 gauze pads and we waited 2 hours. When I went to the front desk she asked “can I help you” with her back turned. Still ignored me and kept clicking on the computer.When she finally paid attention to what I was saying he was brought to the back. This place is trash

Avoid coming to this clinic at all costs. The rude and flagrant women who work the front need to be fired ASAP, as they talk to patients in a condescending way and do not properly make sure patients are seen in the order that they arrive. I've never had such an uncomfortable experience at a minute clinic and was made to feel even worse than my headaches were already making me feel. Arrived only walk-in appoints available. The system said 36 minute wait after checking about 12 to 18 screens I completed and Was given a 1:30minute wait. Very sick not good Almost had to use drinking fountain as barf bucket
