The clinician Natasha is AMAZING. In the past two days she's seen me, my partner, my kiddo, and my best friend's dad all for different things. She is the gold standard of bedside manner. I have never had a better provider at any urgent care / minute clinic. <3

I made flu shot appointments for my three kids for 6:00. We weren't even seen until 6:45. Wouldn't recommend for anything where you need to take your kids. It is an exposed environment and when kids are already stressed about getting a shot, it's extra difficult to wait with them for almost an hour. Once we were in, intake took another 15 minutes of waiting. We were finally out around 7:30.
Should be called “Hour-Never To Be Seen”. The CVS call center told us we could go to this minute clinic because they take walk ins. We waited over an hour to be told there was only one doctor there and he was booked all day. He “already squeezed someone in” and couldn’t see my husband who was having a severe allergic reaction and was covered in hives. Waste of time! I gave two stars because at least the doctor was nice.
