I don’t often leave reviews, but my experience was outstanding! Tracy M. was the provider. She was so personable, knowledgeable, and so empathetic. My appointment was at 2:30 and the email said to arrive 15 minutes early. I was in the back by 2:25. I never heard nice felt rushed. She was just so kind. I wish all my healthcare experiences were this great!
This isn't actually an urgent care. Walk-ins are not even a thing.
Jamie Kranz is exceptional! I appreciate how through my visit was. She explains what she is looking for, and where your symptoms fall according to what she sees. Thank you for treating me like a human and not a number.
Did the telehealth thing thru them with Teledoc - worst experience ever! The Dr gave me the wrong prescription, took 4 hours to what I that was being corrected, only for them to screw it up more! This is for a reoccurring, yearly/winter outer ear infection, yet they said (without looking into my ear obviously) that it was in inner ear infection.
