Minute Clinic on Clairemont Dr was neat, clean and practitioners were very good, HOWEVER unless you have about 90 minutes I wouldn't recommend them. We had a 10:40 am appointment and weren't seen until 40 minutes later. We were told the company allows only 20 minutes per visit which causes the delays. Asking people to make appointments, show up on time and make them wait far too long is NOT good customer service!!!
We are urgently writing to file a formal ethics complaint regarding the mishandling of our blood samples and the resulting delay of our Polio antibody test results at the CVS MinuteClinic located at 4829 Clairemont Dr, San Diego, CA 92117. Worst experience, no attendant at the clinic . Had to wait 1 hour to talk to staff to collect the printed copy of lab reports for my minor daughter.
I woke up in the middle of the night with a very painful UTI while out of town in San Diego, and needed to go to urgent care. When googling them, the Minute Clinic came up and as it was close by and they accept walk-ins, I went in. Can’t say enough about the kindness and competence of the staff. They fit me in their schedule even though it was booked up, and got me in/out of there within a half hour. And I could pick up my prescription at the pharmacy in the CVS. I wish we had Minute Clinics where I live!
