While the actual care experience was great, it was getting in the door that was the problem. The appointment windows are completely unrealistic, especially as, in my case, there was only one practitioner working. So, with rambunctious toddler in tow, I had to wait nearly an hour past my scheduled appt time to be seen. While there is often a wait at the doctors office, it would never be this long. If CVS can clear up the timing, this will be a viable option — but not before.

Tried to get service here twice with no one approaching me or trying to help me. Went through the online portal and was not seen or notified of anything. Not a worthy service, a bad reflection of CVS. If they can't adequately provide the service, scrap it from your offerings.
I had a very upsetting and awful experience yesterday with the Nurse Practitioner at 1275 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington DC. Her name was Amy. So I needed a TB test urgently to be cleared for my 2nd job I'm starting in two days. I scheduled it online 2 days prior for 5:40pm. I arrived at the clinic at 5:15 pm and checked in. I’ve gone to this location a few times. Every time I’ve gotten the same staff member, and every time she’s been very rude and very clearly in a bad mood. I’m not sure what her issue is, but it’s very bad service.
