The Physician was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the antibiotics that he prescribed.
The website to book appt kept giving error messages. So i went in and they wouldnt get me in they said for days. I like Joseph Cotton NP but the female was their and didnt make an effort at all or want to be bothered terrible service. The waiting room only had 1 pt in it. Sad. I went to vandy urgent care and was seen in 10 min.Do better.
Nurse Practitioner, Joseph Cotten, was very professional. During my visit I was able to receive the care I needed. I also observed him checking in on the other patients waiting. Everyone seemed to understand what was going on which is always a great experience for everyone. Overall I had a great experience.
The appointment set up process was quick and easy, they were clean and polite, there was no long wait in the lobby. Just an overall 10/10
