From making my appointment online to checking in to seeing the practitioner….all was easy and smooth. The practitioner listened, understood and showed compassion and care.
Cynthia Clarke, the Nurse Practitioner who saw my son, was great. She was the only person working, and she had a full house so there was a wait, of course. Not her fault. But she still did a thorough evaluation of my son even though she was pressed for time.
