Ms. Hill was a fantastic provider who knew exactly what the problem was and how to address it. She prescribed medication that began helping almost immediately, and I could tell I was in capable hands from the start. Terrible experience today. their sign in computer did not work. I signed in twice. I signed in on my phone twice. Got the confirmation code signed in again then they canceled my appointment so now I’ve been here for an hour and the people that came in after me are going in. I called the helpline, but yet nobody could tell me who or why it was canceled. Not very happy.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and compassionate!! Easy to book, easy to be seen, spends time with you, answers your questions, easy to pick up prescription.
Loretta, DNP, took care of me today. She was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I went to the clinic in order to rule out strep as the etiology of my inflamed throat and swollen lymph nodes. I can rest easy knowing that the inflammation is most likely caused by a virus. Testing is done on the spot. The location was convenient for me and the wait time was negligible. I also enjoyed conversing with Loretta during my visit. Thank you Lorretta!
