Scheduled an appointment for my 98 year old aunt did get no message got there Friday at noon and they were closed it was very difficult we had to take the bus we called the scheduling office and they said they were open but they weren't open and there was a sign that said it closed all day not very professional

Pointless. I was the first to arrive and waited 20 minutes. The moment someone else arrived they stopped hiding in the back and told me it would be over 4 hours before they could see me. In the time I waited when they had no other patients they could have easily taken 5 minutes to take my vitals and do a rapid strep swab. As a walk-in provider they are completely pointless. Very disappointed in the service and lack of care.

Got there, checked in at the kiosk as directed. It said no appointments, I was there as a walk-in. Waited, waited, waited, then went knocking in doors. I'd already called out twice to see if someone was actually there. There was a bag of trash on the floor, so I assumed there was. Finally a person came out of an exam room wiping her face. Said they're closing in a few minutes. I let her know I'd been there more than a few minutes and she said she took the trash out "like two minutes ago"... If I could give her less then 1 star I would. Go to a real clinic and save yourself the hassle.
