If I can give as little as 0 star then I will. This is what happened. I have arrived mins cvs at 11am on 12/14/2024. It shows walk-in, so we ask for the vaccination. First at pick up clerk turn me away as we do not take walkin u should do it on Monday. But the vaccine window next door. Ok I met the worst white senior lady clerk at vaccine check in told us the we have to make appointments and they don’t make appointments for us. With no patient, trying to let us go. If you are willing to die, visit this place. Horrible staff, slackers and not professional at all.
If you say walk ins are welcome then you have to honor them! Dont ask patients to come back after 7 hours and wait or make an appt that would take another 2 weeks!!!
