HORRIBLE experience. My video visit lasted about 10 seconds. The nurse practitioner (Katherine S.) took one look at my red eye, and said, "You need to see someone in person ASAP. I never checked you in, so you won't be charged for this appointment." 2 weeks later, my card was charged $55 for the appointment. I appealed that charge, but MinuteClinic management denied my refund request. Feels like a SCAM! I requested a refund via customer relations on 8/28. Two business days later, still no response. Quick and easy self check in! Reasonable wait times and good one on one attention.
Took my son here for a physical for school. Easy to schedule , clean, appt was on time, doctor was nice. great experience ! I did have to pay out of pocket but it wasn’t bad and worth it for the ease of scheduling and getting done what I needed to get done !
Worst place to go to, don’t have the tools and don’t know what they’re doing
I had a scheduled appointment for 4:30pm and was not able to be seen until 5:20pm, after receiving several texts and emails reminding me to come ten minutes early for my appointment. Many others in the waiting area also expressed their frustration over not being able to be seen for an hour or more after they had checked in. Whatever system is used for appointment scheduling and walk-ins needs to change, since the backup seemed to be caused by a combination of those.
