Can't make an appointment online, walk ins welcome! So I drive 30 minutes over here. Sorry, we're not taking walk ins. Make your appointment online! Fantastic, guys, thank you.
Terrrrrrible service! Super rude person told me that they were closed, even though there was over an hour and a half left and it says on their site that even if you don’t see the appointment time you want, that walk-ins are welcome. She didn’t have to be so rude and have such a nasty attitude. Would never recommend this place to anyone!
I checked their website and it said walk-ins were welcome and to just come in. I drove all the way to the Minute Clinic and did walk-in registration on the kiosk. It popped up a message that they were not taking walk-ins and to come back another day with an appointment. I would not have wasted 40 minutes driving all the way there and back if the scheduling website had accurate information about if walk-ins were available or not.
Tried making an appointment and the receptionist was horrible during the intake. No patience, loud, and rude. Don't recommend.
Nurse Practitioner Feng Xiao is absolutely terrible with no clinical manners. She flaked my appointment with NO prior notice, no call, no email, no texts. Trashy worker, should NOT be working in the healthcare field with this so-called work ethic. Fire her immediately.
