They refused to perform my physical because it's "outside of their scope." Then the shouldn't have accepted my appointment. Useless people.
Unsanitary. Nurse was mean, rude, drops things on the ground, doesn’t use gloves, doesn’t know what she’s doing. My ear cleaning was worse than when I went in.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at CVS MinuteClinic and truly appreciate the care we received. I want to specifically give credit to Christa, the nurse, and Dr. Xiao — both were outstanding healthcare professionals. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a big difference. Two days in a row, I have come to this location, hoping to schedule a walk-in because they offer walk-ins and the closest appointment one can schedule in advance is a couple of days out. Yesterday when I arrived, I was told they weren’t accepting any more walk-ins for the day and I was advised to come earlier, which isn’t really feasible because I work a regular day job. I went today and had a horrible experience, I would never come back to this location again. I received a notification from my appointment to arrive at 330pm. The nurse working on 1/10/26 between 330pm to 530pm did not talk to the patients until she called their names and then she told me she was going to see me after a patient and she did not.
