Minute clinic was great! I was treated by Joanne. Didn't wait long, scheduled online.
Fantastic experience, the doctor and nurse were empathic and kind, not to mention very helpful!
What an awful experience! The waiting time is atrocious. Waited for nearly an hour with an appointment. They allow walk-ins which greatly hindered the effective timing of the scheduled appointments. The practitioner, John, was very through, however and provided excellent care. I would return again for this year. But everyone should have an appointment!
My CVS (310 main st. Summerville), always gets my many scripts correct. The employees are always nice and very knowledgeable. Minute clinic takes care of all my shots and they do a great job of reminding me! Withnso many drugs in the system, it's nice to have someone to explain everything in a caring way. Keep up the great customer service, that's what keeps a business going!
My daughter came in for an ear infection. John Champion, NP was rude. His overall bedside manner is seriously lacking. He asked if I wanted to give her the flu shot. I said no we don't do that. He then looked right at my daughter and said to her "don't come to me then when you get the flu". Never returning here!
