I had such a pleasant experience for my consultation today. I did not get the office coordinator or the nurse practitioners names who worked today 02/24/2026 at 7:00 P.M, but they were so pleasant. From the time I came in, the office coordinator was polite. The nurse practitioner also took her time to explain everything to me during my consultation. I was seen promptly in the Minute Clinic and received excellent care! My original review was 5 stars, but this is an update. The care was excellent but I was charged $400. I can't ever go back because it was too expensive. $400 for a throat swab. Also, my insurance did not cover MinuteClinic as an urgent care visit.
Had the worst experience today 12-28-25 at the minute clinic here at CVS. I came in to be seen today as I felt like I was dying with flu symptoms. I was not greeted with a person who wanted to help me. Instead I was greeted with someone who seemed to hate their job and hated that they were working on a Sunday. I came in very friendly and nice even being sick. This lady who treated me in the min clinic couldn't even tell me her name. How rude. She was extremely rude from jump.
