Had the worst experience today 12-28-25 at the minute clinic here at CVS. I came in to be seen today as I felt like I was dying with flu symptoms. I was not greeted with a person who wanted to help me. Instead I was greeted with someone who seemed to hate their job and hated that they were working on a Sunday. I came in very friendly and nice even being sick. This lady who treated me in the min clinic couldn't even tell me her name. How rude. She was extremely rude from jump. I called and tried to make an appointment online. It said BOTH places just walk in. Hours till 7:30. I showed up at 6:30 and was told nah maybe you can get one tomorrow. Such a crappy way to do people who are sick.
I voted CVS Minute Clinic on Sunday, December 7. I had a fever, sore throat, and body aches. The physician who saw me said he wasn’t going to test me for the flu, covid, nor strep because it had been a couple days since I “started to feel sick,” and it was too late to do anything for me anyway. He told me to buy some cold meds from the top shelf (the expensive stuff), and rest. I went to a different urgent care on the advice of my husband.
