The CVS Minute Clinic system is terribly flawed. I called CVS 3 times and went to two different stores a total of 3 times to get my elderly father care. I received conflicting information on times, availability, and walk-in options between the AI phone system, the Minute Clinic hotline staff member, the CVS app, and the pharmacist at the Ramona, CA CVS. For example, I was told by the hotline that the Ramona CVS does have a MC. When we arrived, the pharmacist told us they no longer offer it and to go to Santee. I checked the ... read more
wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. they accepted my appointment so I waited 30 minutes but was then told they couldn’t see me today even though it was thirty minutes before closing.
