Made an appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour after scheduled time.
Waited 3 hours and was told I wouldn't be helped.
We were told flu shots and covid shots were free, months later after no contact we get a bill for $550! And without our consent, charged our credit card
I’ve tried these minute clinics in three different states and they are anything but reliable nor honest. Lie number 1 sign says walk-in available false. Lie number 2, the people treating you are not doctors so they can’t write you a prescription. Lie number 3, they say you are not required to present any insurance card and yet they ask you do you have insurance card and ultimately they will not treat you.
