Had an appointment at 3pm I got here at 2:40 It is now 4:15 pm and the lady is telling me that she may not see me today because “I made my appointment on the same day.” I’ve been waiting for over an hour and she’s taking people in who’s appointment are after mine, she took a person in for 3:30pm 3:45 & 4 pm they all came after me. The CVS Minute Clinic system is terribly flawed. I called CVS 3 times and went to two different stores a total of 3 times to get my elderly father care. I received conflicting information on times, availability, and walk-in options between the AI phone system, the Minute Clinic hotline staff member, the CVS app, and the pharmacist at the Ramona, CA CVS.
