Tried to schedule an appointment online several times, but website didn't allow me to. Called and sat on hold for 23 minutes trying to schedule and never even reached a live person. Read all the other reviews while on hold. Based on those reviews about lack of professionalism combined with my experience of being unable to schedule online or by phone, or to even reach a live person after holding for 23 minutes I'd say this place lacks the professionalism to waste any more of my time. I was 15 minutes late because of a fire causing congestion and traffic, but I still arrived 15-20 minutes before their closing time. They would not take me for a simple throat exam. Evidently her Halloween party is more important. Little does she know with this fire traffic she isn’t going to get there any time soon. Very rude, very unprofessional. NP was dismissive and rude, waste of time and money.This place is a total scam and will charge you insane prices for little to no treatment/care.
