The nurse who attended my daughter for her vaccination, Sunghui Kim, was very kind, professional, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We truly appreciated her patience and excellent care. Thank you, Sunghui, for providing such a positive experience!
Kandice Lowe, NP Is racist and showed extreme micro aggression not only to me, she displayed this behavior in front of my 5 year old daughter. She was late for my appointment and due to CVS not fully stating out of pocket cost until at the appointment I changed my mind and she told me “Girl bye” and told me to get out of her office. I reported her and all CVS could do was apologize. No rectifying the situation or reprimanding Lowe.
I came in to get my BP taken and the nurse did an excellent job, both arms and 2 different methods.
I booked a standard consultation as best as I could see on the website. On arrival my son was told that the wrong appointment was made and that he was not able to be seen. I'm not a medical expert, and I booked the best I could see. Being refused was a waste of my time, my son's time and very frustrating as we now have to seek alternative medical services.
I needed personal health screening/testing. Kandice Lowe was amazing in her competence, attention to detail, and caring connection. She explained the purpose and reasoning of each test, and when the results would be available. She also followed up by phone twice to make sure I understood the results and had everything I needed. Simply amazing. THANK YOU
