I needed personal health screening/testing. Kandice Lowe was amazing in her competence, attention to detail, and caring connection. She explained the purpose and reasoning of each test, and when the results would be available. She also followed up by phone twice to make sure I understood the results and had everything I needed. Simply amazing. THANK YOU
This is specifically referring to the Minute Clinic on Rosecrans Ave in Point Loma San Diego, CA. This PA is AWFUL and did not care about listening nor treating my son. She flat out said he's "not sick enough" to treat. She wouldn't order any tests or recommend anything of clinical value to help my son's cough. Today his cough is worse and i will have to take time out of my work and my son's school on monday to see his primary doctor which she could have actually helped him. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible wait times. Why are walk ins allowed if the wait times are so long that you can’t get in before a break or the day is over? Wasted over an hour of my time for this “minute” clinic.
Was told we couldn’t be seen for over 3 hours (and that the provider needed to take an hour lunch break). There were only 3 people ahead of us in line. Don’t waste your time getting care here.
We saw Kandice Lowe during this visit. She was visibly upset the whole time we were there and seemed to rush when preparing the vaccine for our three-year-old daughter. When it came time to give her the vaccine, she intentionally jabbed our daughter’s arm with the needle, which was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Our daughter’s arm now has a bruise because of it.
