Came around 11 am for walk in; at 12:45 I was told to leave and come back at 1:40. When I called I was told my appointment was at 2pm, so I arrived 1:50-ish. After that I waited until 15:20, and when I asked when I could get in I was told that all time slots are booked for the day and that they suggest me to leave. Really disappointed as this is the only place for urgent care on the weekends
I saw Dr.Bernard on A weekend DAY, he is EXCELLENT, SUCH A VIBRANT , POSITIVE BED SIDE MANNER AND A GREAT PERSONALITY. MOST DOCTOR'S NOWADAYS DON'T EVEN PROVIDE THE CARE AND CLASS LIKE HE DID. I ENJOYED MY VISIT. I HAVE WORKED WITH A LOT OF PHYSICIANS AT WORK AND MAJORITY OF THEM FAIL IN COMPARISON TO DR.BERNARD.HE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME AND THOROUGLY ADDRESSED ALL MY HEALTH CONCERS AND QUESTIONS...PLEASE HURRY AND MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE HIM A PCP PROVIDER, AS HE WOULD BE THE BEST PCP EVA, providing quality care to all ... read more
