Go in for a simple asthma inhaler and they bill you $330 for an appointment and refuse to bill your insurance. They also refuse to provide an itemized bill. When you call them up - you get the runaround. Avoid. Edit: Responding to the response (suggestion to contact their patient support line) - their patient support line is beyond useless.
