Jasmine was so great at my appointment. She is incredibly personable and professional. She provided the best MinuteClinic experience I have had and I am definitely going to go back to her again if I ever need it.
Be aware that THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE facility. You will be billed as a "Doctor's Visit" even though NO doctor will be involved in your care. Insurance will not reimburse if you are visiting from out of town. They will mislead you about this point. Also, "Dr Bernard" is not a DOCTOR but rather a NURSE practitioner, again misleading.
The practitioner was great. The waiting area was filthy! CVS can do better.
Go in for a simple asthma inhaler and they bill you $330 for an appointment and refuse to bill your insurance. They also refuse to provide an itemized bill. When you call them up - you get the runaround. Avoid. Edit: Responding to the response (suggestion to contact their patient support line) - their patient support line is beyond useless.
