I was in the clinic less then 7 minutes. The lady did not introduce herself, did not ask me about any of my symptoms, and was very unprofessional. She made me so uncomfortable, I just left. Wish I had read these reviews first. While I might try a different location next time I'm in need, I will never go back to the Fayetteville store.
Made an appointment for a physical, schedule it with the insurance card. Get here and they don’t accept ANY insurances! $69 for a physical is a joke but they also need to put this on their website instead of asking you all you insurance information which they don’t take! SAVE YOUR TIME.
Scheduling a Virtual care appointment is a joke. No time was given for the appointment but received a text with this message “MinuteClinic virtual care: You're in line for virtual care! When the provider is ready to see you, we'll text you a join link. Wait times may be higher when there is high demand. Cancel visit:” 4 hrs later and still no link was texted to join a provider. They ask for my credit card number after it gave me an error when uploading my insurance information, which is strange and the visit fee is $99.00. I... read more
Rude. Went in and the Dr’s first words to me were to get out my if and insurance card only to tell me that they don’t have equipment for Pap smear.... why allow me to make an appointment?? Waste of time
This isn't a CVS or a Minute Clinic. This is a Napa Auto Parts. Get it together and fix this page
