This clinic is not worth your time. Had a scheduled appointment and arrived, waited 20 minutes for them to say they can’t see any further patients until another associate got there in about 2 hours. I was on lunch break for ear infections and got told to do a virtual appointment. How do they look in your ears virtually????? Very inconsiderate of peoples time which is unacceptable. I’m done with this clinic for good.
This minute clinics NP was awesome! I have 2 autistic children and she was great with them. She had patience (which most drs do not)! She gave them little cvs bear key chains, she gave me a few things as well. We had to go once for my daughter and then the next day I had to take the other 2 - they all had strep throat and needed antibiotics. She was kind and compassionate both visits!
No stars is more important ended up in hospital after ear cleaning. Highly suspect because of them hurt very bad. Never take a chance on them again.
