I went there with corporate provided coupon for a routine check, the nurse randomly suggested vaccine that I need that would not be covered by the free service, end up paying out of pocket while I have good insurance. BTW The bill come a year later as past due, I changed my job and insurance, there is not way to go back and check :)

I am not sure about the purpose of the MinuteClinic at CVS, especially at this location. I had a good experience at another location, so I decided to try this one three times since I recently moved to the area. My answer is NOPE, NOPE, and NOPE. If you have mild symptoms, no medicine will be offered. If you have very severe coughing, they refer out to the urgent care.

I had Lottie Bower, NP see me and she was so sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and very clear about doses for medications. She’s a national treasure.

I went to CVS Minute Clinic to avoid the long wait at urgent care. I saw NP Lottie Brewer because I was exposed to pink eye at work and I was getting symptoms. I told her I believed I had pink eye and she told me it was not and that she had concern of a corneal abrasion. She even told me that I should take care of it or I would not be working at my job again if I don’t have my eyes. What do you think I came to you for?
