I am not sure about the purpose of the MinuteClinic at CVS, especially at this location. I had a good experience at another location, so I decided to try this one three times since I recently moved to the area. My answer is NOPE, NOPE, and NOPE. If you have mild symptoms, no medicine will be offered. If you have very severe coughing, they refer out to the urgent care.

I had Lottie Bower, NP see me and she was so sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and very clear about doses for medications. She’s a national treasure.

The pharm people directed me right next door to the minute clinic. The place was not orderly nor organized. Finally found someone to check in and she replied you’re 10 min late and it’s my lunch break now. The Pharmacy closes at 1.30 as well but it was 1.20. I was disappointed but needed a few other things and shopped around. I looked back in and noticed that she ... read more
